File Under Pop is looking for an International Contract Sales Manager


We are a well-recognized Danish design company that creates and produces surface design across the main categories of paint, tiles, sinks, tops, textiles and accessories for both domestic as well as professional use. File Under Pop was Founded in 2015 and we work from headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen.

We are experiencing a growing interest in our brand and products from architects, designers, and contract partners, and we are successful in implementing our design solutions and products in projects, especially within the hospitality, office and retail sectors.

We are now looking for an International Contract Sales Manager to head our B2B Sales.

You will be responsible for building and leading our Contract Sales and building up the future organization to lead the international demand.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Contract Sales Strategy and Go-to-market approach ensuring success, while at the same time building the Danish Contract market.

You will report to our Partner and Non-Executive Director and work closely together with the retail sales team working from our retail network of stores.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on building the Danish contract market.
• Develop our International Contract Sales Strategy & Go-To- market approach.
• Lead the future Contract Sales team.
• Develop the right sales & marketing tools, service, documentation, and product features.
• Ensure the development of a strong relationship with influential architects & designers
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Thorough follow up on Contract Project Pipeline
• Participation in events and sales meetings.

The position is full time, based in our Head Office at Frederiksgade in Copenhagen.

Experience & Expertise:

• A solid knowledge of the contract business, preferably internationally
• A very strong network within the A&D community.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and motivating a team.
• A hands-on approach
• A commercial mindset and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, but at the same time a team player by heart.
• Strong negotiation skills and focus on closing deals.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience in conducting sales presentations at all levels.
• Organized and effective time manager .
• Understands what it means to be a brand ambassador.
• Fluent in Danish and English, other languages an advantage
